Integrated Researcher at the Business Research Centre (BRU-Iscte) and INOV-INESC. Former Director of the Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management and Logistics at ISCTE-IUL. Responsible for the ‘Integrated Operations Management’ course at ISCTE-IUL.
Author of several international and national publications in books and scientific journals, particularly in the areas of supply chain, lean management, and service operations management. Participated in several European projects with contributions in the areas of pedagogy and the use of technology in the supply chain.
