Master's degree and a PhD in Transport Systems from CERIS, the Department of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon. He has spent more than 30 years working for a public transport operator and has held various management positions. Mobility Expert at URBACT. Vice-Chair of the UITP Research in Mobility Committee. She is currently an Invited Assistant Professor at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, and a member of the U-Shift Mobility Laboratory (IST - Instituto Superior Técnico). She has published as an author and is also a reviewer of publications in journals. She is certified in Project Management (PMP) and Certified Product Owner (CSPO). She was also Vice President of PMI Portugal from 2020 to 2021.
