José Maria Fernandes Pires

Bachelor's degree in Philosophy (Univ. Coimbra) and Law (Univ. Coimbra UCP), where he is currently finishing his PhD in Law. Tax Manager at the Portuguese Tax and Customs Counselling, where he had several responsabilities such as senior manager and currently works in the Tax Research Centre. He leaded changes in the Asset Taxation at the Tax and Customs Justice and e-Fatura system. He is a lecturer and author of several essays in taxation.
