Inês Palma Ramalho

Inês Palma Ramalho has a law degree and has been a lawyer since 2008. In 2024 she became a founding partner of Pérez-Llorca's Portuguese office and is co-head of the Banking and Finance team. Before that, she was a partner in the Finance and Governance department and a specialised member of the Fintech, EU Whistleblowing Directive and Compliance teams at Sérvulo & Associados, where she worked between 2015 and 2023. He also worked in the Prudential Supervision Department of the Bank of Portugal, after having been part of the Portuguese government team in charge of managing and controlling the implementation of the EU/IMF/ECB (Troika) financial adjustment programme and having started his legal career at another international law firm.

In addition to his other professional activities, he has been teaching and training since 2011: he began by teaching undergraduate law students and now focuses on postgraduate courses and executive training programmes, usually on Corporate Governance, Fintech, Banking Law and Payments.
