Guilherme Magalhães

Member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of CUF with responsibility for finance, he has been part of the José de Mello Group for over 35 years, where he also worked for Brisa. Throughout his professional career, he also spent around 10 years in the financial sector and was a member of the Executive Committee of Companhia de Seguros Império.

Member of the Board of the Portuguese Association of Private Hospitals and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Gil Foundation.

Degree's in Mechanical Engineering from the Instituto Superior Técnico and an MBA from Universidade Nova de Lisboa in cooperation with Columbia University. He has a diploma in Derivatives and Capital Markets from the University of Oxford and in Leadership from the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne.
