Researcher at the Institute of Systems and Robotics, Associated Laboratory of Robotics and Systems Engineering (LARSyS), and Visiting Assistant Professor at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon. He obtained his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2017 and is currently working on the development and application of artificial intelligence systems in various contexts, from the use of computer vision to analyse video in urban environments, to the analysis of medical images for diagnosis, or the development of conversation and recommendation systems. He has collaborated with various business partners on national and international projects and has already published several papers in leading journals and conferences in the field.
