He has a degree in Economics from the University of Minho and a postgraduate degree in Management Control from Iscte.
He started out in the telecommunications sector, having been part of national and international teams in the area of continuous improvement and transformation.
He worked for the Portugal Telecom and Nokia groups and joined SIBS in 2021.
He currently heads SIBS Pagamentos. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Economic Advisory Board of the Fundação das Casas de Fronteira e Alorna.
