With more than a decade of experience in managing and delivering strategic programs and projects, he has led transformation initiatives, PMO implementations, the recovery of critical projects, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence and GenAI solutions across a range of industries.

He is a Guest Professor at ISCTE Executive Education, where he teaches Project Management, Digital Transformation, and Artificial Intelligence applied to Project Management.

He holds a PhD in Management and combines executive experience, academic activity, and research in the fields of management, strategy, and innovation. He holds leading certifications in Portfolio, Program and Project Management, Agile, and Artificial Intelligence, including CPMAI®, PfMP®, PgMP®, PMP®, PMI-ACP®, PMI-RMP®, PMI-SP®, PSM I, and PSPO I.
