Degree in Nursing from the Portuguese Red Cross School of Health. She has training in Patient Flow Management in Emergency Services, Project Management and High Performance Leadership from the NOVA School of Business and Economics at NOVA University Lisbon, and in Infection Prevention and Control from the Portuguese Red Cross School of Health.
She held operational management positions in the Emergency Department - ULS Amadora Sintra between 2012 and 2017. From 2017 to 2025, she was a member of the Strategic Management Group of the Emergency Department - ULS Amadora Sintra.
Quality promoter at SUG (CHKS 2022 Accreditation). Service provider in the Quality and Safety department at ULS Amadora Sintra (LVSC and Via Verde AVC auditor). Master's student in Medical-Surgical Nursing at the Portuguese Catholic University.
Currently part of the strategic management group for the inpatient service at Sintra Hospital.
