António Paulo Teixeira is an outstanding professional with a wide-ranging and diversified career in Human Resources, Law and Management. With more than 6,500 hours of behavioural training, 6,000 hours of training in Human Resources Management practices and the Labour Code, and 4,000 hours dedicated to the GDPR. He held relevant positions as Human Resources Director at Empark, SA, for almost two decades, and was an External Consultant for Odivelas City Council. He has led 9 GDPR implementation projects, ensuring effective practices in privacy management and data protection and is currently implementing the GDPR in the Union of Juntas de Santa Iria de Azoia, São João da Talha and Bobadela.
With a vast academic background, he has several postgraduate degrees in areas such as Advanced People Management, Organisational Happiness, Legal Sciences, Commercial Law, Labour Law, Data Protection, an MBA in Business Management, Commercial Management and Sports Psychology, as well as being a member of the Portuguese Bar Association. He holds certifications in Business Coaching, Sports Coaching, Leader Coach and Values Coaching.
