Francisco Serra Loureiro

Francisco Serra Loureiro is a Solicitor, graduated in Solicitors and Masters in Business Solicitors. He also carries out research in the area of ​​Human Rights. He was recently elected as President of the Professional Council of the Colégio Solicitadores da Ordem dos Solicitadores e dos Agentes de Execução, having been Vice-President of the aforementioned Order in the 2022-2024 term of office, during which he was director of the Botto Machado Training Institute. General Secretary of the Portuguese Consumer Law Association. Author and collaborator in some legal works, including the publication of “Real Estate Law – Related Legislation” by Almedina.
