Gonçalo Perdigão graduated in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, where he taught Mathematics, and has a postgraduate degree in Finance from Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He has worked on research and development projects for institutions such as the European Space Agency and the University of Cambridge. Over the last 20 years, he has worked in organizations in the Telecommunications, Entertainment, Fintech and Retail sectors, in management roles, focusing on strategy, digital product management and technology. In parallel, over the last 15 years, he has created and supported the launch of several innovative and disruptive start-ups, which have led to patents, bankruptcies and exits.
Today he is a consultant and supports companies from various industries in their digital strategy and entry into new markets, products and services, with a focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence, Web 3.0, e-Commerce and Venture Building, topics on which he frequently writes for high-profile Portuguese media.
