Lara Moura has a 20-year career in the transport sector and since the beginning of her career (2015), she has been responsible for coordinating all research activities and the innovation system at A-to-Be, the Brisa Group's technology company. She has been involved in different national and international projects related to CCAM - Connected, Cooperative & Automated Mobility, computer vision and new toll payment methods. At the same time, she also held the position of Project Management Development Manager at the same company. Since November 2023, she has been Via Verde's Innovation Director, continuing to work at the forefront of advances in mobility and innovation within the same Group. She began her career as a researcher at the Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon in 2004, working in the field of road transport on Portuguese and European projects. Later, in 2007 and after completing her Master's degree in Transport, she created a spin-off from the research team with her fellow students and formed a consultancy and training company in the field of energy and the environment in transport. She was responsible for the company's various activities, from management to technical coordination and project management. She is a certified trainer, having deepened her skills in areas such as Strategy and Foresight, Accounting and Finance, People Leadership and Management for Executive.
