Experience in the Public Sector/AP, where he was responsible for projects in the area of Digital Transformation, Open Data, Smart Cities, 5G, Real Time and Artificial Intelligence. He was responsible for AP's open data portal, dados.gov, and for the Guide and Self-Assessment Tool for Responsible Artificial Intelligence in AP, 
AP representative on OECD, Digital Nations and European Commission working groups on Data Driven, Data 360º, Data Ethics, Emerging Technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
