Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Industrial Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a Masters in Management, MBA, from Universidade Nova de Lisboa/Wharton School of Pennsylvania.

Luís Todo Bom is a Managing Partner at Angopartners, Investment Consulting, and consultant in the economical and financial fields, as well as the strategic alliances to investment projects in Angola. He is also a non-executive President at Multitel Angola and a non-executive Administrator at Onyria Internacional, Scutvias and AEXXI (Grupo Globalvia) and GALP, SGPS. Luís is also a member of the General Council of IPCG – Instituto Português de Corporate Governance and of the Consultancy Council for the Competitive Forum.

He has written several papers and books such as “Manual de Projectos de Investimento” and “Estratégia e Política”
