Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a Master’s degree in Law and Management from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.
She is a Coordinating Associate at the law firm PLMJ, working in the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practice areas, with a focus on structured finance, project finance, debt issuance transactions and financial regulation, advising financial institutions, asset managers, issuers and national and international investors. Rita is also part of PLMJ’s Responsible Business practice, providing legal and regulatory advice on sustainability matters to financial and non-financial entities.
Participates regularly as a lecturer and speaker in postgraduate courses and conferences within her areas of practice.
