Throughout her career, she has held coordination roles in emergency services, hospitalisation and infection control programmes, and has also led the implementation of new clinical units and quality systems.
With a postgraduate degree in Health Unit Management and an Advanced Programme in Quality Management (ISCTE), she combines clinical knowledge with strategic vision in the organisation and continuous improvement of health services.
