Chief Operating Officer of the Lusíadas Saúde group, a position she has held since 2024, after serving as Executive Director between 2020 and 2024. Throughout her career with the group, she has been involved in the leadership and coordination of operations, performance management and the implementation of initiatives aimed at efficiency and continuous improvement.
During her professional career, she has held leadership positions in the retail sector, in an international context, as well as in the health sector, taking on responsibilities in operational management, cost control, definition of indicators and process optimisation.
Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto.
