Hélder Rosalino

Degree and a Master's in Management from ISCTE - Business School. He holds an Executive MBA from INDEG-ISCTE and a certificate in Strategic Management from INSEAD.

Director of Banco de Portugal between 2014 and 2024, with responsibilities, among others, in the areas of asset management and monetary policy, monetary issuance and treasury, means and instruments of payment, information technology and cybersecurity.

Member of the High Level Group for the Development of the Digital Euro - European Central Bank between 2020 and 2024. 

Chairman of the National Forum for Retail Payments and the Interbank Commission for Payment Systems between 2017 and 2024. 

Secretary of State for Public Administration between 2011 and 2013, in the XIX Constitutional Government.

He is currently an Executive Board Member of Valora, SA (Monetary Issuance Services - Banco de Portugal).
