Hugo de Sousa is a digital entrepreneur and corporate innovation specialist, leading Innovation by Kaizen at the Kaizen Institute Western Europe. He teaches at institutions such as Bayes Business School (London), Nova SBE and Técnico+. He has worked with companies and organisations such as Capita, BearingPoint, Arthur D. Little and the Portuguese Government. He founded wehelpukraine.org, an internationally recognised humanitarian aid platform. He is also co-founder of the first start-up to teach programming in Portugal and a TEDx speaker.
