Master's degree in Management from INDEG-IUL and a degree in Social and Organisational Psychology from ISPA-IU. He is Marketing and Employer Branding Director at The Key Talent, a consultancy specialising in technological solutions for People Management. In 2015 he founded Comunidade Employer Branding Portugal, a non-profit organisation that offers services in the areas of employability, training and event management in the field of Employer Branding in Portugal. He is a trainer with more than 20 years' experience in Employer Branding and a guest lecturer at several Portuguese universities.
