Vânia Patrício

Vânia Patrício holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management from ISCTE. She is a founding partner of Winning. She is also a guest professor at ISCTE Business School and ISCTE Executive Education, where she teaches in the Management Control & Performance and Program & Project Management programs.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication from Lisbon’s Escola Superior de Comunicação Social. She later completed a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Commercial Management of Financial Services at Lisbon’s Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária, as well as a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management at Coimbra’s Instituto Superior Bissaya Barreto. She also holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from PMI® and the Certified ROI Professional certification from the ROI Institute.

She is internationally certified in Coaching, approved by the ICF, and is also a Practitioner in NLP.

She has indexed scientific publications, having published in leading journals such as the International Journal of Business Innovation and Research, the Journal of Open Innovation, and the International Journal of Agile Systems and Management.

Vânia Patrício has supervised and evaluated several master’s students. She is a specialist in project management, change management, high‑performance teams, leadership, emotional intelligence, cognitive flexibility, and dynamic capabilities. Throughout her professional experience, she has been responsible for business development and for supervising and coordinating multiple commercial, business analysis, and project management teams, ensuring performance, delivery quality, and client satisfaction.

She led a team of trainers and consultants, being responsible for the design, development, and execution of technical and behavioral courses and projects, accumulating more than 10,000 hours of teaching experience. She is currently responsible for technical innovation, development, and quality assurance of service delivery in the energy, transport & logistics, retail, and telecommunications sectors.
