Susana has a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Nova School of Science & Technology and a post-graduate course in CRM and Market Studies from Nova IMS. In the past 20 years, she has been developing analytical methodologies in order to support decision-making with resource to Data Mining techniques. Susana's expertise fields are prediction methods (churn and buy) and segmentation.
Her professional path started in the banking field (Unicre SA) and followed to the telecommunication field with Tele2, Optimus and NOS. She is currently the Head of BI&CRM at Direção de Marketing Empresas.
