Maria do Carmo Botelho

Maria do Carmo has a PhD in Quantitative Methods and a Master's degree in Corporate Science, specialized in Management, Strategy and Corporate Development (Iscte). She also has a bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering (Instituto Superior de Agronomia) and is a professor at the Social Research Methods Department at Iscte.

During her academic path, Maria do Carmo has been lecturing in different classes and different areas of knowledge, focusing on sampling formulas, statistics and data analysis. She is the co author of the book “SPSS. O meu manual de consulta rápida” (2012).

She is currently a researcher at CIES-IUL. Research interests: statistics, sampling formulas, response scale and financial literacy.
