Lawyer at Pérez-Llorca (Lisbon), where she specialises in M&A, public M&A, capital markets and finance. She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University and a Master’s degree in Law and Management from the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and the Faculty of Law of the Portuguese Catholic University, having also completed further specialisation courses in the areas of corporate and financial law.
She has in-house experience at Banco Montepio, where she advised the investment banking and corporate banking departments, and at TAP Air Portugal, where she specialised in corporate finance. She began her career at an international law firm in Lisbon (Uría Menéndez), in the areas of capital markets, banking and finance, and corporate and M&A.
Since 2018, the author and co-author of various academic publications in the areas of corporate, financial and commercial arbitration law. Member of the Portuguese Bar Association.
