Coordinator and lecturer, he is Co‑Director of the Executive MBA and an Associate Professor with Habilitation at Iscte. His main research area is Negotiation and Stakeholder Management. He is the author of books on negotiation and of academic articles, including in the Harvard Business Review and the MIT Sloan Management Review. He has held positions on corporate boards, having served, among others, as a non‑executive director at Caixa Geral de Depósitos and Parpública. He has around 25 years of experience teaching executives.
