Master's Degree in Finance from the London Business School, a Master's Degree in Transport (IST&MIT) and a Degree in Territorial Engineering (IST). Professional with over 17 years' experience in consultancy, and in managing projects and multidisciplinary teams for over a decade. Proven analytical skills, highly motivated and results-orientated, with professional experience on 5 continents participating and managing teams in infrastructure consultancy projects in various sectors, such as transport, water and waste, telecommunications, oil & gas and construction. Experience in preparing strategic business cases, project finance, asset and business valuation, financial viability models, cost-benefit analyses and preparing commercial, technical and financial due diligence. Significant experience working with/for the main International Financing Institutions (IFIs), including the World Bank, the Asian and African Development Banks and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as well as with private investors and the public sector. Since 2020 he has been Associate Director of VTM- Consultores em Engenharia e Planeamento. He has worked at PWC, Deloitte Consulting, Mott MacDonald, ITF and Deloitte, among others.
