PhD in Marketing from ISCTE-IUL and is currently Assistant Professor of Marketing at ISCTE Business School. After 16 years working in the business sector, mostly in a multinational environment, in sectors as diverse as automobiles, retail or tourism, he has dedicated himself to teaching and scientific research. Her main areas of focus are digital transformation, the consumer-brand relationship and social media marketing. He teaches in the areas of innovation, marketing strategy and e-commerce. He has collaborated as a visiting professor at several international universities, such as the University of Glasgow (UK), University of Malta, Université Gustave Eiffel (Paris, France), EM Strasbourg Business School (Strasbourg, France), TH Köln - University of Applied Sciences (Cologne, Germany), Laurea University of Applied Sciences (Helsinki, Finland), among others.
