Master's degree in Health Unit Management and degree in Law. He was President of Região de Turismo do Algarve and administrator of Lusíadas Saúde. Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in the Algarve, he is a councillor in Faro City Council. He is currently promoting a hotel unit for health tourism through a consulting and investment company. Associative leader in the area of citizenship and the promotion of knowledge for Mediterranean cultures.
