Filipa Jardim da Silva was born in Madeira and graduated in Clinical Psychology in 2008 from ISPA. She is a psychologist, author, lecturer, member of the Portuguese Psychologists' Association, and certified trainer. Mother of two boys, she considers herself incurably curious.
Founder, CEO and clinical director of Academia Transformar, she leads a multidisciplinary team dedicated to a new health paradigm: integrated, preventive and human. Her work encompasses both individual counselling and corporate training, always with the same purpose — to promote mental health literacy and empower people and organisations to achieve higher levels of self-care, well-being and sustainable performance.
Recognised for her charisma and ability to communicate profound concepts in an accessible way, Filipa is also a regular presence in the Portuguese media as a leading voice on mental health. She believes that leadership and psychology only make sense when they retain their most important tool: the heart.
