Professional career linked to the insurance sector and to the Fidelidade group characterized by different challenges in several areas namely commercial, marketing and innovation, underwriting and product.
Currently, he is Head of Marketing, focused on the following areas: strategic management of Fidelidade brands and customer experience, offer and new services development and the sales force activation and incentives management for all distribution channels.
In recent years, a strong involvement in the digital transformation of the Fidelidade Group, namely in the implementation, development and management of the digital channels and in the definition of the omnichannel vision of the organization.
