Responsible, loyal and committed to the projects I get involved in, I'm interested in rethinking processes, questioning the obvious and improving everyone's professional experience.
After a PhD in Experimental Psychology, where I developed my research skills, I realised that I needed to get out of the laboratory into the world and work with and for people. I realised that research becomes much more interesting when it can be applied, put into practice and done as part of a team.
Working in organisational contexts and understanding their structure, language and leadership styles interests me a lot. I like all the backstage work where you can observe behaviours, detect needs, understand what weaknesses and strengths are present and how they can be developed.
Currently, at With Company, I work with different teams from different sectors and different personalities, trying to manage conflicts and projects in different situations, in order to design the best experience for each person. Designing the culture of organisations consciously and intentionally is fundamental to creating the conditions for everyone to develop their full potential and do their best work.
