With a PhD in Experimental Psychology and Cognitive Sciences, she began her career at Thinking Big, applying Positive Psychology in training contexts. She was head of HR at Inditex Portugal, managing more than 20 teams. Since 2019, she has led the Branding & Culture area at Wth Company, designing more conscious organisational cultures for companies such as Fidelidade, EDP and Auchan. She is a guest lecturer at Porto Business School and a member of the European Organisational Design Forum. She believes in the power of people to transform organisations.
