PhD in Marketing at ISCTE-IUL, he is currently Assistant Professor of Marketing at ISCTE Business School. After 16 years devoted to companies, mostly in multinational environments, in distinct sectors such as the automobile, retail and tourism, he decided to devote himself to teaching and scientific research. He focuses his work mainly on digital transformation, consumer-brand relationships and social media marketing. He teaches in the areas of innovation, marketing strategy and online channels. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Glasgow and the University of Malta and director of the Master’s (MSc.) in Hospitality and Tourism Management at ISCTE Business School.
