António has a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Economics Faculty of the University of Oporto. Manager of the IVA Services in Portugal and one of the responsible people for implementing them in Portugal. Main Administrator and Chief of Department of the European Committee in the IVA field. Tax General Manager. Coordinator of the sub group "Indirect Taxation" of the Work Group for the Research on Tax Politics.
Currently, he is a professor in many master's degrees and post graduate courses in the tax field and an arbitrator in the Tax Arbitration Centre. A speaker and author/co author on many books and essays on IVA.
