Marcelo Moriconi
Marcelo Moriconi is a researcher and lecturer at Centro de Estudos Internacionais (CEI - Iscte) at Iscte. He has a PhD from the University of Salamanca and a long run in multidisciplinary research on illegal markets and deviant behaviours, such as violence and corruption. In the past few years, he has been dedicating his studies to the sports field and has been coordinating a series of international projects financed by the European Commission on Sports Integrity and Manipulation in Sports Competitions. He has posted 3 books and over 30 articles in several academic magazines. He has been lecturing in several universities in Europe and Latin America.
