Vânia Patrício
PhD in Business Administration (DBA) at ISCTE-IUL, Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Communication at Lisbon's Escola Superior de Comunicação Social, Post-Graduate Degree in Marketing and Commercial Management of Financial Services at Lisbon's Instituto Superior de Gestão Bancária and also in Project Management, at Coimbra's Instituto Superior Bissaya Barreto.
Vânia is a founding partner of WINNING Scientific Management and Director at PMI Portugal Chapter. Vânia is also a certified professional in Project Management Professional (PMP®) by PMI® and Certified ROI Professional by ROI Institute, being also internationally certified in Coaching, approved by ICF and Practioner in PNL. Throughout her professional experience, Vânia was responsible for developing business and supervising and coordinating several teams in the fields of Business Analysis, Project Management and Governance, Risk & Compliance. She also directed a team of several trainers, being responsible for the design, development and execution of several courses regarding technical and behavioral areas. Vânia has a wide experience in project and program management in several organizational areas, as well as in the development and presentation of portfolios, the design of PMO's and BAO's, the implementation of Project Management methodologies, tools and solutions. She also specialized in behavioral areas, such as coaching and the cultural transformation in several companies, focusing on high skills development. Vânia has been an invited speaker and professor in several events and classes in the fields of Project Management, Leadership and High Impact Teams. As a certified trainer, she has a large curriculum of monitoring and training several people in project management, high performance, leadership, communication and negotiaton in several companies of Telcos, banking, services, energy, insurances and utilities, having trained over 2000 people.
