Paulo Anjos Fragoso
Master in Human Resources Management and Strategic Organization and PhD candidate in Psychology of Human Resources of Work and Organizations at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Lisbon.
He is an Officer of the Portuguese Navy, specialized in Human Resources, acting as Professor of Organizational Behavior and Coordinator of the Psychology Office of the Naval School of the Portuguese Navy.
He has held several leadership positions, including Head of the Leadership Training Office and trainer of the Leadership Improvement Courses in the Portuguese Marine Leadership School.
