Matthias Tietz
He holds a PhD from Ivey Business School in Canada. Matthias joined IE Business School in 2013 as Assistant Professor of entrepreneurship. His area of expertise is intrapreneurship (corporate entrepreneurship), at the individual and organizational level. Prior to his academic career, he was a consultant in several companies in Europe, Asia and South America, mainly in the areas of HR and turnaround management. He has published relevant scientific papers.
