Hélia has a PhD in Management with a major in Marketing from Iscte-Iul. She was a consultant in e-Business and Strategy in PriceWaterhouse and Coopers and lectures Marketing at Iscte since 2001. She's the coordinator of FutureCast Lab and author of several essays and papers in marketing and consumer behavior.
