Ana Margarida Passos
PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology, specializing in Organizational Behavior, from ISCTE-IUL. She is an associate professor and the current director of the Department of Human Resources and Organizational Behavior of ISCTE-IUL. She has coordinated several national and European projects in the area of Leadership and Teamwork. She is the author of several scientific articles, having published in international journals such as Leadership Quarterly, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, Leadership, Group Dynamics, Journal of Managerial Psychology and Team Performance Management.
