He holds extensive national and international experience in top executive roles within Business Association, Regional and Territorial Development, with a focus on Internationalization and New Markets, Territorial Promotion, Innovation, Knowledge Transfer, and Capacity/Qualification. He holds a degree in Law and has a Postgraduate Degree in Legal and Procedural Sciences from the Portucalense University, currently pursuing a Master's in Business Management and Internationalization at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
