This program aims to enhance, in a very practical way, the career development of the participants, through initiatives with companies, key stakeholders and networking development.

In the company where I work at Lidl, there is a strong commitment to the continuous training and development of all our people. And it was interesting that we had a development program in collaboration with Iscte in which the end result, in terms of learning, was very positive. So I researched master's degrees and chose this Master's in Applied Management, because when I analyzed it, I saw that the content structure seemed very interesting because of the practical approach it offered. One of the most valuable aspects of the program for me was the combination of theory and practice, not only in the classes themselves, since the teachers were keen to balance these two points, but also through the case studies we had contact with and the group work. I was able to immediately apply the tools and concepts I was learning. Participating in this program has had a very significant impact on my professional life. I'm taking with me a set of new tools and methods that will help me to better serve those who work with me. As a final assessment, I am extremely satisfied with the program, all the staff were always very available and provided excellent support, especially in terms of organization and information so that we didn't miss anything and, in addition, the diversity of the participants enriched the discussions in the classroom, which contributed to the existence of different perspectives on the same situation, which is very enriching. Networking is also a very important factor, as I had the opportunity to connect with professionals from different areas, with a great spirit of mutual help, companionship and generosity.
