I've been working in information technology for about 30 years and I decided to do this course at Iscte Executive Education to give me some new areas, some new challenges at a professional level. I've learned a lot throughout this course, I've managed to get a sense of the areas of competence where I have more focus and I've also managed to get a sense of agile methodologies, within each of the organisations. The course is very complete, with everything you need in terms of agile methodology, and then we finish with the immersive weekend, where we can put into practice everything we've learnt throughout the course and also contribute in some way to improving something that might happen in the future.

What I've taken away from this postgraduate course is a series of tools that are very applicable in my area of work, in terms of digital transformation, in terms of managing agile projects, in terms of prioritising and managing complex teams. And all of these tools have been important in my career over the last six months. This postgraduate course is an asset in my work and day-to-day life. It's a very practical course, very practically orientated. It culminates in an immersive weekend, where we're working on a practical case about a company, from the first course we had on agile principles, and the applicability of that course in my work was immediate. In terms of the course itself, the way it's organised is fast. It's 6 months, 6 intense months, about 10 units in which we can apply everything we've learnt so far.
