This programme aims to deepen the main themes necessary for the management of commercial teams, such as the management of large accounts, commercial negotiation or the motivation and development of commercial teams
It promotes the articulation between management and the commercial area, through active learning methodologies and multidisciplinary approaches, typical of the hard and soft dimensions of commercial management.
It has a teaching staff made up of renowned professionals in Commercial Management in the country, combining academic excellence with in-depth knowledge of business reality.
The programme entails the elaboration of a project in Sales Management, as a logical sum-up of the training model, in which the knowledge learned is applied in the context of a real situation of high strategic impact
