It’s been fantastic. In fact, the whole experience since the beginning of the program has been incredible. I came for the journey, not the destination. And I’m loving it. I’m loving the process. I’ve gone through a series of courses that truly surprised me. I’m at an age where not many things surprise me anymore. But I managed to be surprised by a number of experiences. There were several very young professors who showed me extraordinary perspectives on everything I’ve missed. Missed because I should have done this much earlier. And now we’re in this immersive weekend, where today we visited Gintegral and they gave us a challenge. At this moment, I’m still trying to put my proposals together for the team. But I think we’re going to make it, and I believe it’s going to be a success.

We are here for the immersive weekend of the fifth edition of the Business Management course by Iscte Executive Education, where we will put into practice the knowledge acquired over these incredibly intense six months with the various professors who have guided us. It is always a highly enriching experience to engage with all our colleagues, who come from very diverse educational backgrounds, and to get to know how they think, which ends up being very rewarding. During this experience, we also interact with people from the company Seven Air, who are very open in sharing information about the business and the company’s core operations, helping us reach the goal of completing the final challenge throughout this weekend.
