She is Assistant Professor of entrepreneurship at IE Business School. She finished her PhD at ESADE Business School (Spain) with distinction "Cum Laude".
Her area of expertise is entrepreneurial skills and their role in business development and innovation. His studies have been published in relevant academic journals.
Prior to his academic career, she worked as vice president of new business development in the real estate and construction industry.
