Bruno Venâncio

He is a Health Economist at the Department of Health Studies and Assessment of the Portuguese Health Regulatory Authority (ERS). He is a member of the Researchers Committee of the Portuguese Association of Health Economics (APES) and participated in the 6th edition of the European Health Parliament as a member of the Committee for Healthy Economies.

He is currently pursuing a PhD in Economics at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Porto, specialising in Health Economics. His research focuses on assessing the performance of healthcare systems, with particular emphasis on access, equity, efficiency and competition, using econometric methods.
