Paula Rocha
Paula Rocha has a PhD in Economy and Organizational Management, Post-graduate degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources and bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Psychology. Paula was also a teacher at ISVOUGA and Geral, SA Manager. Coordinated the training and project department at ISLA and worked as a consultant in the fields of construction, development and project evaluation in several companies. Was a teacher in Organizational Psychossociology, Organizational Management, Investigation Methods and Human Resource Management.
Throughout her professional path, Paula developed specific skills with her academic and professional experience such as: People Management and Dynamics, Team Building and Animation, Motivation and Leadership, Result-Oriented, Communication skills, Client Management, among others. She is a senior trainer in the behavioral area and organization management.
