Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Portuguese Diaspora Council, formerly CEO of BCP Capital and President of AICEP. He has been involved in various Advisory and Strategic Councils for the internationalization of the economy, investment, taxation, and business competitiveness, both within the scope of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in business confederations such as AEP, CIP, and COTEC, think tanks, among other entities. Recognized with several distinctions and awards, he was decorated by President Cavaco Silva with the Grand Officer insignia of the Order of Prince Henry for his services to the country in the internationalization of its economy. He holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from the Portuguese Catholic University and has undergone Executive and Financial Training provided by Harvard Business School (USA) and INSEAD (France).
