At Bosch since 2003, he has been the representative of Bosch in Portugal since 2015, overseeing three production units: 1) Braga – Automotive Multimedia; 2) Aveiro – Thermotechnology; 3) Ovar – Security Systems. His leadership career includes stints at Hoechst and Yazaki, working in the Democratic Republic of Congo, Belgium, France, Japan, and the United States. In 2020, he was honored with the European Quality Leader (EQL) award, recognizing individuals who dedicate their time, energy, and knowledge to share their convictions for the benefit of European Society. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering and has completed leadership and global management training in Japan and at Carnegie Mellon University (Pittsburgh, USA)
